Terms and Conditions

These Terms are published by BEAN LUXE S.R.L. and apply to the current Bean Luxe public website and, where expressly stated, to the Bean Luxe Compass Roaster Subscription.

These Terms and Conditions govern exclusively access to and use of the Bean Luxe public website.

The Bean Luxe Compass Roaster Partnership Terms are a separate B2B agreement and are available at Compass Roaster Partnership Terms. They govern any Compass roaster relationship expressly referring to them.

The Bean Luxe public website contains educational, editorial, institutional and commercial information about Bean Luxe, Bean Luxe Compass, services, partnerships and coffee culture.

Bean Luxe makes reasonable efforts to keep public information accurate and current, but content, platform features, availability, pricing and service scope may change over time.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, public website content is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability, completeness or fitness for a specific purpose. Bean Luxe may update, correct, suspend or remove pages, assets or features where reasonably necessary.

Information published on the website does not constitute professional legal, tax, medical, financial or technical advice.

Unless otherwise stated, the Bean Luxe name, the Bean Luxe Compass name, logos, brand assets, software, written content, design elements, editorial materials and page structure are owned by or licensed to BEAN LUXE S.R.L..

Public-facing editorial image credits are listed on the Image Credits. Third-party, partner, roaster, sponsor or certification marks must not be reused without the relevant permission.

The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy are separate documents that complement these Terms.

In the event of inconsistency between translations, the Italian version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Bean Luxe may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or service changes. For material subscription changes, Section 13 applies.
