Coffee discovery, education and brewing at Terra Madre
From the Slow Food Coffee Coalition Educational corner to Bean Luxe Compass and the live brewing masterclass, the experience connects taste, coffee culture and practical discovery throughout Terra Madre. The Educational corner is currently being developed together with the Slow Food Coffee Coalition, with its final programme and activities still to be defined.

Slow Food Coffee Coalition Educational
A small space to explore coffee together.
Alongside the coffees presented at Terra Madre, the Slow Food Coffee Coalition and Bean Luxe are shaping a small educational corner dedicated to discovery, conversation and taste.
The idea is to create an accessible place where visitors can explore the coffees available at the Coalition space, understand a little more about what is in the cup, and connect taste with producers, origins and different roaster interpretations.
The final programme and activities are currently being developed together with the Slow Food Coffee Coalition.
Taste Compass · Terra Madre edition
Your taste, connected to coffees you can actually taste here.
Answer ten quick questions. Bean Luxe Compass matches your preferences with coffees presented at Terra Madre and shows where to discover every available roaster interpretation.
Live Masterclass
One coffee. Two methods. Choose your brewing adventure.
Taste the same coffee prepared with a French press and with the Weber Workshops RoadRunner. The goal is not to choose a winner, but to understand how extraction and filtration can create different, equally valid sensory experiences.

Sensory comparison
Same coffee. Different experience.
Changing extraction and filtration can shift how the same coffee feels in the cup. The comparison is qualitative: it is designed to help people notice differences, not to assign scores.
The collaboration
Different expertise. One shared coffee experience.
Bean Luxe connects taste discovery and coffee education; the Slow Food Coffee Coalition brings culture, community and the event coffee selection; Weber Workshops supports the brewing experience that makes sensory differences tangible.
