Delete your account

In Bean Luxe Compass, open Account, select Delete account, and complete the two confirmation steps. This option is available to consumer Compass accounts.

When the deletion completes, Compass uses its dedicated backend function to delete the consumer account and then clears the Compass data stored locally for that signed-in user.

If you no longer have access to Compass, use the button below to email BEAN LUXE S.R.L.. Include the email address used for your Compass account so that the request can be identified.

You can also write directly to beanluxesrl@pec.it with the subject “Bean Luxe Compass account deletion request”.

The account deletion flow deletes the Compass consumer account and associated account information held through authentication, including the account email and the profile information provided for the account: name, surname, country, optional city, preferred language, legal-notice and privacy-policy acknowledgement records, and marketing preference.

After a successful in-app deletion, Compass also clears the application profile, Taste Profile and quiz responses, favorite-coffee identifiers, and private Journal entries stored locally for that signed-in user on the device or browser used.

Compass functional data is currently stored locally on the device or browser and is not described as synchronized to the Compass backend. If you submit a deletion request from the web rather than through the app, data that exists only on a device or browser remains subject to that device, browser and its local-data controls.

As stated in the Privacy Policy, account and account-profile data may be retained after closure only where necessary for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention or another applicable legal basis. No fixed retention period is stated for these limited cases.
